～傷病手当の手続きと振込までの日数について~
こんにちは！今日は抗がん剤第5クール（ドセタキセル初日）を受けてから2日目のことを綴ってみたいと思います。
今日の副作用の状況
2日目、とても体調がいいんです！
身体も軽いし、吐き気もだるさも無い。
食欲もあって、朝から何でも食べれる気がします。実際朝食が待ちきれないぐらいでした。
昼も食べ、ちゃんとお腹が減って、夜も食べれる。
今のところ、副作用という副作用は全く感じません！！
ただ、昨日の夜（当日の夜）は、体調が良くて興奮していたせいもあるのか、目がギランギランしてる。。と書いた通り、眠れなくて、1時間寝ては、2時間起きて、1時間寝て・・・、その後目が冴えてしまい。
前回のEC治療の4クール目からは眠剤・抗不安剤はほとんど使わなくなったので、今回も使わないでがんばったのがアダとなり、上手く睡眠がとれませんでした。
今日の日中に昼寝でカバーしましたが、今晩は睡眠取れるかな・・・。
それと、乾燥しているせいかもしれないですが、腕に少し痒みを感じます。
傷病手当金はなかなか直ぐには入金されない
会社からの11月の給与明細を見たところ、既に11月の中旬から健康保険組合の傷病手当給付に切り替わっていました。
そのため、切り替わり日からの分が全て0円だったので、かなり少ない金額の入金。
健康保険組合からの傷病手当申請書が同封されていました。
既に病院の診断書は提出していましたが、傷病手当金をもらうためには、
毎月ごとに申請の記入と提出が必要！
だったのです。
申請書の記入と提出の流れ
【当事者（自分）の記入】⇒【主治医の記入】⇒【会社の記入】⇒【健康保険組合へ提出】
となっており、私のかかりつけは大学病院なので、病院で申請してから、主治医の記入に2週間以上かかります。
これを毎月繰り返すんだ！
振込のスケジュール
毎月記入する書類が、月末後の申請になるようなので、例えば11月分の場合
【11月末ごろ申請書が届く】⇒【保険組合へ提出】※主治医の記入の期間＆会社の記入期間を考慮（仮に1か月かかるとする）
⇒【保険組合が翌月に会社へ振込】⇒【会社が個人へ翌月振込】
となるので、2月ごろやっと振込される。のかな。と予想されます。3か月程度のずれが生じることになります。これに加えて書類の不備などがあるとますます振込は遅くなるとのことです。
なので、「完全無収入」 の期間が3か月程度は覚悟しておかなければならない。ということが分かりました。
高額医療費支給と付加給付制度
同一月に同じ医療機関での支払額（「入院」「外来＋調剤」は別）が高額になったとき
自己負担限度金額を超えた金額に関して給付される「高額医療費支給」があります。
また、私の会社の加入保険では、上記の金額が自己負担限度額を超えなくても20,000円を超えた時、はその超えた額が
「一部負担還元金等（付加金）」として給付されることになっています。
支給の流れ
【病院からのレセプション】⇒【健康保険組合】⇒【会社へ振込】⇒【個人への振り込み】
振込のスケジュール
例えば9月に高額医療費に該当する支払いをした場合
【病院からのレセプション（※約2~3か月）】⇒【保険組合が翌月に会社へ振込】⇒【会社が個人へ翌月振込】
となるので、2月か3月の振り込みになるであろうと想定されます。
どちらも「病院」を経由しての支給になるので、病院の処理スケジュールによって大きく左右されるんだな。ということと、経由する場所が多いので、スムーズで計画的な支払いは結構難しいかもしれない。と感じました。
私の場合は癌保険に入ってなかったので、癌保険の一時見舞金がこの無収入の期間とても心強いものになるのかもしれない
と考えたりしました。
癌は目先のお金がやっぱり必要になってしまうので、懐が寒い時期は特に厳しく感じてしまいますね。
